The Dragonborn ranking system is designed to encourage members with earned ranks to contribute towards the guild doing jobs. If members are seen to be slacking off in their position they will be demoted to a more appropriate rank and not earn the permissions and beinifiets they had. The chance to re-earn the rank is allways open.

Guild Masters
Lead the guild monitoring guild members behavior and providing promotions and demotions as required Also rewarding when rewards are deemed neccisary.

High Council
High Council are in controll of guild events and organising them. Aswell as watching recruiting and kicking out the unwanted members keeping the quality of our guild nice.

Council
Council assist the high council in organising events also are incharge of provisioning the guild and monitoring and monderating the members.

Generals
Generals are the war leaders incontroll of the raiding aspects of the guild. Their main goal is to keep the guilds class ratio's even recruiting only what the guild needs.

Exaulted
Exaulted are highly respected contributors within the guild. Participating in guild Raids and recruiting what the generals require.

Veteran
Veterans are seasoned members that have been around for quite a while and deserve respect and recognition for their loyalty. They are also required to recruit members for the guild.

Adept
A member on the right track that hasnt been in the guild for too long. Or hasnt earnt a promotion to veteran quite.

Apprentice
Apprentice is a member that has passed the trial and is making a good impression. Apprentices will have to work hard rallying people to our cause and being friendly to other members/sisterguilds to advance.

Peon
Peon is a member that has passed as a potential member and is allowed to finally join the ranks of the guild as a contributing member.

Initiate
Initiates are the beginner members of the guild that have just been recruited and havent been trialed or noticed yet by the appropriate authorities.
